Lucky Date is a completely mental DJ from Chicago who is in the business of inspiring dance floor nightmares around the globe. All of his stuff is absolutely on point, but his latest three tracks have been out-of-this-world transcendent. What stellar work. Lucky Date is on the rise.

Lucky Date, born Jordan Atkins-Loria, follows the formula that is guaranteed to hit my g-spot. Go heavy on the bass, build hard until I’m actually scared of what you’re about to do, and justify that fright with a drop that makes me fall down. Simple, right? Not so much. Only a handful of DJs can pull this off, and Lucky Date is one of them.

Well, he’ll certainly knock you on your rumpus with his most recent track, a remix of “Girl Gone Wild” by Madonna. And if that doesn’t do it, take a listen to a couple of A+++ house tracks he released about a month ago called “I Want You” and “Six 16“. Let’s see if you’re still standing after that. My guess is you’ll be a puddle on the floor.
