Just when you thought Nicky Romero couldn’t have any bigger of a year, he shows up with another absolutely outrageous collaboration with David  Guetta.

Honestly, “Oval” is so far away from the production style typically heard from Guetta, that unless I told you he was part of the track, I’d doubt you’d ever know. This song is a rushing river of straight, unadulterated energy — it’s stunning. Nicky, you’ve put out some brilliant tracks in the past, but this is next level my friend.

Every element of this song is perfection: from its pumping beat, electric bass, and dance-y synths, to the absurd synth line during the intermission — I can’t stop clicking the replay button.

I will most certainly be writing more about this song come release, however, I had to get this preview up to share with you now!

Although, the picture in the Youtube video says “Jack Back Recordings” we’re hearing that the song will be released on Protocol. We’ll keep you posted on release dates as we hear more!
